Rotterdam, 4 december 2024 – Cabot Properties has signed a long term lease with UltimAir for the logistics building at the Edisonstraat 3 in Berkel en Rodenrijs.
This high-quality property, developed in 2021, consist of approx. 4,680 m² warehouse space, 240 m² mezzanine, 400 m² office space and 60 parking places and is located at business park Oudeland in Berkel en Rodenrijs. UltimAir, a whole seller for HVAC products, needed a bigger location to expand their operations.
INDUSTRIAL real estate partners facilitated in this transaction on behalf of the departing lessee – an American satellite company – in collaboration with RBM Real Estate.
