CTP has signed a long-term lease agreement with Packsize Netherlands B.V. for CTPark Amsterdam City. Packsize will occupy more than 3,700 m² consisting of 2,690 m² of warehouse space, 340 m² of mezzanine space and 692 m² of office space.
Packsize is a global leader in packaging automation, helping companies optimize their packaging processes through innovative on-demand solutions that create right-sized boxes for every product. This technology supports greater operational efficiency, reduces waste and lowers environmental impact.
Packsize selected CTPark Amsterdam City for its high-quality facilities, modern offices with rooftop garden and excellent accessibility, including a dedicated shuttle service from Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station. The park also offers several sustainable features, such as EV charging infrastructure, making it a strong fit for the company’s forward-thinking and environmentally conscious way of working.
Located in the Port of Amsterdam, close to the city center and Schiphol Airport, CTPark Amsterdam City is one of Europe’s most sustainable and accessible logistics parks.
