Amsterdam, 24 October 2025 – Mirastar has entered into a lease agreement with Geha Laverman for the building located at Kleine Tocht 14 in Zaandam
The building is located on business park Westerspoor in Zaandam and comprises approximately 8,500 m² of warehouse and office space. A separate section of the property of approx. 2,500 m² has been leased to Geha Laverman. Around 6,000 m² of industrial and office space, equipped with five loading docks, remains available for leasing.
Geha Laverman specializes in providing wear-resistant products for industries such as recycling, earthmoving, road construction, agro technics, machinery and offshore. Already established in the business park, this location represents a strategic expansion for the company. It is one of the largest Hardox® Wearparts Centers in the world and part of the Swedish steel group SSAB.
