Rotterdam, July 1, 2025 – Giedo Steenbergen has joined as a partner at INDUSTRIAL real estate partners, the nationwide real estate consultancy firm specializing in industrial and logistics real estate, as of July 1, 2025.

With 18 years of experience in commercial real estate – largely in the logistics and industrial sector – Steenbergen brings in-depth market knowledge and a strong network. In his previous position as Senior Director Industrial & Logistics at JLL, he was responsible for overseeing sizeable real estate transactions and advising both users and investors.

From the Rotterdam office, Steenbergen focuses at INDUSTRIAL real estate partners on initiating and supervising purchase and rental as well as purchase and sale transactions. With his extensive experience and expertise within and around the logistics hotspots A12 corridor, Rotterdam and Moerdijk, he significantly strengthens the position of INDUSTRIAL real estate partners in this dynamic region. In addition, he makes an important contribution to the further growth of the office and the strengthening of the organization’s market position.
