The property, located at Ecuadorlaan 11 in Aalsmeer, consists of one warehouse with 113 parking spaces and is leased as a single-tenant facility. The complex is strategically located in a logistics hub close to Schiphol Airport and benefits from excellent connections to the A4 and A9 highways.
