Schiphol 1st of Augustus 2019 – Exeter Property Group has closed a long term lease agreement with PostNL for the recently delivered distribution centre located on business park Het Klooster in Nieuwegein.
The 27,000 sq. m. high-end distribution centre has been speculatively acquired by Exeter Property Group in 2018.
Exeter Property Group is a real estate investment management company specialized in industrial and logistics real estate within the US and Europe. The company has over € 5.5 billion on assets under management on behalf of institutional investors and has developed over 14 million sq. m. on industrial and logistics real estate.
PostNL will add this building to her parcels network and will further optimize her sorting process.
