At Schiphol Trade Park, a high-quality and highly sustainable distribution centre of approximately 45,000 sq m is increasingly taking shape.
AM Area Development is delivering the project together with construction partner Aan de Stegge Twello. Construction is now halfway complete, with completion scheduled for December 2026.
The distribution centre comprises approximately 45,000 sq m and features high-quality office and warehouse space, as well as a spacious two-level parking deck for passenger vehicles.
Upon completion, the building will meet modern standards for sustainable logistics accommodation and will receive a BREEAM Excellent certification.
The first tenant has already been secured. Approximately 34,000 sq m remains available for lease, with units available from approximately 10,000 sq m of warehouse space.
