Rotterdam, 11 july 2023 – For one of her investment funds, Cabot Properties acquired a logistics property located at Boerhaaveweg 10-16 in Alphen aan den Rijn.
The property comprises approx. 11,000 m² and is leased until the end of this year to L’Oréal. After that the property becomes available for rent.
Cabot properties was advised by INDUSTRIAL real estate partners. Seller, a private investor, was advised by Basis Bedrijfshuisvesting.
Cabot also appointed INDUSTRIAL real estate partners and Basis Bedrijfshuisvesting for the leasing activities of the property.
