Tilburg, 8 January 2026 – BTT Real Estate is developing a new industrial facility for Gebr. Kraan Rondkartonnage B.V. at Ledeboerstraat 40 in Tilburg.
Based on the client’s programme of requirements, BTT Real Estate will realise a modern production facility with associated warehouse space. The building will have a total floor area of approximately 11,000 m² and will
feature a spacious outdoor yard. The development is located at the Kraaiven industrial estate in Tilburg.
Gebr. Kraan Rondkartonnage B.V. is a family-owned company based in Tilburg, specializing in the production of cardboard tubes and customized packaging solutions for industrial applications. The company supplies
customers both domestically and internationally. As part of the transaction, BTT Real Estate has acquired the Gebr. Kraan site. This acquisition enables a sister company of BTT Real Estate to expand its rail terminal in Tilburg to 160,000 m².
