With the relocation, BBV Logistics Support will be leaving its current premises at the Fokker Logistics Park, where it has been located since 2018. The space previously occupied by BBV Logistics Support will be taken over by World Wide Technology (WWT), which is already based in the same complex. WWT is a globally operating provider of technology solutions, specializing in the design, construction, testing, and implementation of integrated IT systems for businesses and government institutions.
INDUSTRIAL real estate partners represented BBV Logistics Support in both the transfer of the space at Fokker Logistics Park to WWT and the leasing of the new location at Schiphol Logistics Park. CBRE advised WWT on the lease at Fokker, while Cushman & Wakefield advised landlord WDP in the formation of the lease agreement at Incheonweg 7.
