Rotterdam 21 January 2022 – A number of lease transactions were recently concluded at the Distribution Center Seinehaven at Distripark Botlek.
Logwise Rotterdam leased the blue warehouse of approximately 13,000 m² and part of the green warehouse of approximately 8,330 m² and will later this year expand in the gray warehouse of approximately 13,000 m².
The current tenant of the orange warehouse, a logistics service provider in the fashion industry, has extended its lease agreement for several years for the entire warehouse of approximately 16,000 m² in total.
A new long-term lease has also been concluded with VBE Group for the entire purple warehouse of approximately 20,350 m².
With these transactions, more than 70,000 m² was leased at the distribution center Seinehaven, which comprises a total of approximately 100,000 m².
