SCHIPHOL 27 December 2017 – Montea acquired a plot of land of approx. 15.000 sqm at the business park Schiphol Logistics Park upon which a new distribution center will be built with approx. 4.500 sqm warehouse + approx. 900 sqm office divided over 2 units.
Next to the complex they bought a seperate plot which will be leased as truck parking. The developer is Durfort Vastgoed BV and the builder Aan De Stegge.
Meanwhile 50% of the building is leased for 10 years by Thomsen Select and the other part is still available for the market.
The transaction was realized by the intermediary of INDUSTRIAL real estate partners.
