Tilburg 7 February 2022 – Montea has purchased three new-build projects in the Netherlands, which GVT Transport & Logistics will lease for a period of 10 years. In total, this concerns approximately 30,000 m² of land with approximately 16,000 m² of warehouse and cross-dock buildings.
In total, this concerns approximately 30,000 m² of land with approximately 16,000 m² of warehouse and cross-dock buildings. This transaction is part of the Track’24 growth plan, with Montea immediately aiming to start the largest growth in its history by 2024.
The new-build projects are located in Alkmaar, Berkel & Rodenrijs and Echt with an ideal location for fine-grained distribution. The site in Alkmaar has already been completed. The locations in Berkel & Rodenrijs and Echt will be completed in Q2 2022.
GVT Transport & Logistics has signed a lease for 10 years of projects for this new building; the total annual rental income will be approximately €890,000.
The buildings are being construcrte by Bouwbedrijf Valeres.
