Rotterdam, 29 august 2022. Goodman acquired the site at Sluisjesdijk 101-121 in Rotterdam for redevelopment purposes. The current complex, located next to the River Maas, comprises a total of approx. 12,000 m² of warehouse- and office space and is situated on a plot of 25,365 m².
The location is very suitable for both port and city logistics activities. Goodman’s plan provides for an ambitious, multi-storey building concept, with a strong focus on sustainability and a high-quality appearance. Agreement was reached with the Port of Rotterdam Authority on a new long groundlease agreement. The development is expected to be completed around 2026.
