The location is strategically situated on the Kraaiven industrial estate, with short distances to the rail terminal and two barge terminals in Tilburg. <\/p>\n<p>Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2026. The building will be delivered in accordance with the BREEAM-NL \u201cVery Good\u201d sustainability standard. <\/p>\n<p>Goodyear (Nederland) B.V. is part of Goodyear Aviation. Directly opposite the new development site is one of the few facilities worldwide specialised in the retreading of used aircraft tyres. By relocating the warehouse to the opposite side of the road, a more efficient logistics layout will be created, resulting in a significant reduction in internal transport kilometres.
