The building will have a total floor area of approximately 11,000 m\u00b2 and will<br \/>feature a spacious outdoor yard. The development is located at the Kraaiven industrial estate in Tilburg.   <\/p>\n<p>Gebr. Kraan Rondkartonnage B.V. is a Tilburg-based family business specializing in the production of cardboard tubes and customized packaging solutions for industrial applications. The company serves customers both domestically and internationally. As part of the transaction, BTT Real Estate acquired the Gebr.
