The warehouse will be 23,563 m\u00b2, with two office spaces totaling approximately 1,700 m\u00b2, and a mezzanine floor of 2,385 m\u00b2. A total of 134 parking spaces will be created. Vortex Logistics, a subsidiary of De Klok Logistics, will use the building for its logistics services, including storage and distribution of goods. The lease term is 10 years.<\/p>\n<p>Heembouw will construct the building. Heembouw Architects are responsible for the design The 15-meter-high building is designed with sustainability in mind and will receive a BREEAM Excellent certification.
