The tenant, Reynard (formerly V&amp;SH Offshore), is specialized in connecting and constructing offshore wind farms on the high-voltage network.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The leased area compromises a total area of approx. 4,300 m\u00b2, of which approx. 3,300 m\u00b2 is warehouse space and approx. 1,000 m\u00b2 office space. CityLink is pleased that they have been able to assist an existing tenant in realizing their growth ambitions by offering a transfer within their real estate portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>Private equity real estate investor HighBrook Investors founded the CityLink platform together with Proptimize in early 2021. Citylink has extensive knowledge and experience with all aspects of real estate development.
