The investment volume is over 30 million euro.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The portfolio exists of three existing buildings at Katwijk aan de Maas and two built to suit projects at Katwijk aan de Maas and the neighbouring city of Haps, Eastern Brabant. Both projects will be delivered turnkey, one in December 2019 and the other in July 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Nabuurs, a leading Dutch logistics service provider, has closed 10 years lease agreements on all buildings.<\/p>\n<p>In April of this year Clarion Partners LLC, a prominent Asset Management firm with over 51 billion dollar of assets under management, announced the takeover of a majority stake of Gramercy Europe.
