The tenant is active as a distributor and supply chain partner for connectivity solutions, digital infrastructure and data centre-related applications. The parties have entered into a long-term lease agreement for the entire property at De Vaart business park, comprising approximately 33,000 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>DC De Vaart, located on Hameiweg, was developed on a site of approximately 44,200 sq m and consists of four flexibly configurable units of around 8,000 sq m each. The international tenant will occupy the entire building. Situated in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area, the property benefits from excellent accessibility via the A6, A1 and A27 motorways.<\/p>\n<p>The distribution centre offers a clear height of 12.2 metres, 32 loading docks and more than 300 parking spaces. The building holds a BREEAM-NL Excellent certification and features solar panels, LED lighting, green roofs, a circular steel structure and electric vehicle charging facilities, among other sustainability measures.
