Tilburg, August 10, 2026 – Delicia has purchased the industrial property at Zevenheuvelenweg 45 in Tilburg from Breevast. With this strategic acquisition, the chocolate manufacturer secures the adjacent building, enabling further expansion of its operations in Tilburg.
The property, formerly used as a stroopwafel factory, has a floor area of approximately 6,300 m² and is situated on a plot of 12,663 m².
Founded in 1938, Delicia is a leading Dutch manufacturer of chocolate products for both the retail and food industries. From its base in Tilburg, the company develops and produces items such as chocolate sprinkles, chocolate flakes, decorations, crispies, and coated snacks.
