Boreal IM has signed a lease agreement with Ralo Shipping. Ralo Shipping BV is expanding its existing premises at Pesetaweg 33 in Nieuw-Vennep by approximately 2,586 m² of industrial and office space. With this expansion, Ralo Shipping’s total floor area at this location increases to 4,146 m².
Lessor Boreal IM was advised on the transaction by INDUSTRIAL real estate partners and Colliers.
