CTP has entered into a lease agreement with online supermarket Crisp for the building CTPark Amsterdam City. Next year, Crisp will occupy more than 17,000 m² within the complex. With the move to CTPark Amsterdam City, Crisp will consolidate its logistics and production activities at one central location.
With this relocation, Crisp has chosen a scalable and future-proof site that is largely self-sufficient in energy. The arrival of Crisp is therefore a perfect match for the park. The building has been developed for innovative companies that want to operate close to the city and require scalability. Crisp combines smart logistics with a clear vision on sustainability and food quality.
Crisp is an online supermarket with the mission to change the food system by making better food accessible to more people. Through the app, customers can choose from mainly local and seasonal products, sourced from approximately 900 small-scale farmers, makers, growers and cultivators.
CTPark Amsterdam City is the Netherlands’ first multi-level XXL urban distribution hub, located in the port area of Amsterdam, close to the city centre and Schiphol Airport. It is one of the most sustainable and well-connected logistics parks in Europe and accommodates companies that value innovation, connectivity and efficiency.
CTP was advised on this transaction by INDUSTRIAL real estate partners.
