Tilburg, 20 January 2026 – BTT Real Estate is developing a new 10,604 m² warehouse for Goodyear in Tilburg.
BTT Real Estate has entered into a lease agreement with Goodyear (Nederland) B.V. for the development of a new distribution centre at Ledeboerstraat 32 in Tilburg.
The building will comprise 9,716 m² of warehouse space, 410 m² of office space and a 478 m² mezzanine, and will include 72 on-site parking spaces. The location is strategically situated on the Kraaiven industrial estate, with short distances to the rail terminal and two barge terminals in Tilburg.
Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2026. The building will be delivered in accordance with the BREEAM-NL “Very Good” sustainability standard.
Goodyear (Nederland) B.V. is part of Goodyear Aviation. Directly opposite the new development site is one of the few facilities worldwide specialised in the retreading of used aircraft tyres. By relocating the warehouse to the opposite side of the road, a more efficient logistics layout will be created, resulting in a significant reduction in internal transport kilometres. The distribution centre will be used for the storage and distribution of tyres, primarily serving the European market.
