Amsterdam, 11 july 2025 – Melcombe partners leases 10,000 m² in Zaandam
Recently, Aan de Stegge Twello, commissioned by Melcombe Partners, successfully completed and delivered the construction and renovation of a logistics complex located at the Westerspoor-Zuid business park in Zaandam.
The building offers a total of 10,000 m² of high-quality logistics space and is equipped with 13 loading docks. It meets the latest technical and sustainability standards.
The facility is divided into three separate units, for which long-term lease agreements have been signed with three tenants.
All tenants have now moved into the building. The design of the building was created by COARE Architects, and the construction was carried out by Aan de Stegge Twello.
