The property is situated at Distripark Eemhaven, near the Waalhaven and Eemhaven areas in the Port of Rotterdam. The location offers excellent hinterland connections via the direct access to the A15 motorway and is surrounded by various container depots.
A.A.H. Alligator is a technical wholesaler specializing in maritime, industrial, and welding products.
