Rotterdam, 8 May 2025 – De Zwaluw leases 3.000 m² warehouse space in Rotterdam
De Zwaluw Logistiek B.V. closed a lease agreement with Prodelta for a logistics unit at the Dolfijnweg 32 in Rotterdam. The unit consists of 2,575 m² warehouse space and 426 m² mezzanine space and is part of the Commodity Park distribution complex.
De Zwaluw Logistiek has been providing total logistics solutions for 75 years to meet the demands of every customer. They do this from their offices in Oosterblokker and Rotterdam. The business premises on the Dolfijnweg serve as a supplement to their activities on the Maasvlakte.
The lease agreement was facilitated by INDUSTRIAL real estate partners on behalf of the departing tenant IMW.
