Tilburg, 17 january 2025 – BTT real estate has recently sold to an international investor two logistic properties in Roosendaal for EUR 45.5 mio.
One of the properties is 18,500 m2 in size and was completed in 2023. This property has been leased long-term to a logistics service provider. The second building is still under construction and will be completed in mid-2025. This building has a floor area of 20,356 m2. Both properties have been developed by BTT real estate.
