Rotterdam, 9 july 2024 – ProDelta has signed a long term lease with a reputable tenant for the unit located at Van Riemsdijkweg 59 in Rotterdam.
The unit consist oft 3,219 m² warehouse space, 372 m² mezzanine and 175 m² office space. The logistics unit is part of the modern, BREEAM certified Distriport Waalhaven, which has been developed on a brownfield by Prodelta in 2017.
