Rotterdam, 5 february 2024 – Goodman has leased Rotterdam III Logistics Centre, consisting of approx. 5.000 m² warehouse and office space and approx. 1,000 m² of yard to Ampère, bol’s logistics service provider that collects packages from its sales partners.
This strategic choice leverages the centre’s proximity to the zero-emission zone, aligning perfectly with our commitment to sustainable logistics solutions for the sales partners of bol. Within the property, Goodman will invest in extensive EV charging infrastructure.
