Tilburg, February 29, 2023 – Leseman Car Care Group B.V. has acquired a large-scale business complex located at Baarlseweg 75-77 in Alphen for its own use. With this acquisition, Leseman Car Care can accommodate its growth and centralize its operations.
The business complex is situated on a plot of 86,000 m² and comprises 31,000 m² of industrial and office space. Leseman Car Care Group B.V. provides a comprehensive solution for the automotive sector, catering to both new and used cars. This includes both technical and visual inspections, repairs, reconditioning, and transportation. All of this is data-driven.
The seller was represented by JLL, and the buyer was advised in this transaction by INDUSTRIAL real estate partners.
