Schiphol, January 4, 2023 – Prologis has signed a long-term lease agreement with Seabourne Logistics
Seabourne leases over 8,000 m² in the Schiphol DC5 building, located at Schiphol Trade Park in Hoofddorp. The company needs this space to properly facilitate the expected growth. The building is approximately 35,000 m² in size and is divided into four independent units. The building is located in a prominent location along the A4 and has a BREEAM Excellent sustainability certificate. There is only one unit of approximately 8,000 m² available for rent. INDUSTRIAL real etstate partners completed the transaction on behalf of the lessor Prologis. The leasing of the building is carried out together with CBRE.
