Rotterdam – 10 February 2021. Borghese Logistics has sold a new distribution center in Dordrecht to AEW, a property investment management company.
The distribution center is developed by Borghese Logistics and is a state-of-the-art distribution center of approximately 22,000 sqm in total. The new distribution center will be delivered with the sustainability label BREEAM Very Good certification and will be fitted with solar panels on the roof. Currently 14,000 sqm is leased to ELCEE; 8,000 sqm of logistics space is still available.
The new logistics park has its own connection to motorway A16 with connection to the N3 and A15. This provides an excellent base for both the Randstad and West Brabant. The proximity of the Dordtse Zeehaven, Terminal Alblasserdam, and the ports of Rotterdam, Moerdijk and Antwerp guarantees good accessibility and quick access by road, rail and water.
The distribution center was designed by MIES Architectuur. Pleijsier Bouw Genemuiden is responsible for the realization. Completion of the property is scheduled for mid-2021.
AEW was advised in this transaction by Loyens Loef. Borghese Logistics was advised by INDUSTRIAL real estate partners and CMS.
