Rotterdam 26 November 2019 – Goodman will shortly starts with the construction of a 65,000 sqm high end distribution centre in Alblasserdam.
The building will be realized on a brown field development site of 10 hectares, directly adjacent to the container terminal BCTN. As axpected construction activities will start Q2 2020.
INDUSTRIAL real estate partners advised Goodman with the acquisition of the land and will also be the madated agent for all leasing activities.
