Schiphol 15 September 2019 – Rapid Logistics, located at Schiphol and Rotterdam, has closed a lease agreement for 5,000 sq. m. warehouse at phase 2 of Green Mountains Logistics Park, a development of Borghese Logistics and LOGISTIS which is a fund managed by AEW.
Phase 2 has just been delivered and exists of 25,000 sq. m. including offices and parking places for both cars and trucks.
The total development of Green Mountains Logistics Park exists of 100,000 sq. m. warehouse and offices divided over 4 buildings.
The Lessor was advised by INDUSTRIAL real estate partners.
The lease mandate of the project is covered by INDUSTRIAL real estate partners and Cushman&Wakefield.
