Tilburg January 8, 2019 – Interflon has acquired the industrial estate at the Belder 45 in Roosendaal for its own use. The building is situated next to their existing facility, which allows them to increase and centralize their activities.
The building on a 10,000 sq. m. plot consist of 3,442 sq. m. of commercial space with 927 sq. m. of office space.
Interflon is globally active in reducing maintenance costs and energy consumption with the help of lubricants that reduce friction more than ordinary petrochemical lubricants.
Buyer was advised by Charles Suijkerbuijk Bedrijfsmakelaardij and the seller was advised by INDUSTRIAL real estate partners.
