Borghese Logistics and AEW have leased 5,000 sqm warehouse space and 120 sqm office space at Kaapstadweg 34 Amsterdam to 200⁰Fahrenheit. The lease is long term.
200⁰Fahrenheit is founded in 2013 and is specialized in outdoor cooking with the brands ‘Black Bastard’ and ‘Grill Guru. At this moment there is still 5,000 qsm available in this phase and another 47,000 sqm can be developed.
In 4th quarter 2018 Borghese Logistics will deliver another 20,000 sqm in phase II and phase III of 27,000 sqm is in preparation.
JLL and INDUSTRIAL real estate partners advised Lessor Borghese and AEW in closing this transaction.
