Rotterdam, 11 August 2026 – Valor Real Estate Partners has acquired a 20,000 sq m logistics asset in the Rotterdam area from OFI in an off-market transaction.
The property is located in Berkel en Rodenrijs, just north of Rotterdam, and benefits from excellent connectivity via the A13, A16 and A20 motorways. Situated in the heart of the Randstad region, the asset provides direct access to the Port of Rotterdam and the wider European hinterland.
Developed by Heembouw in 2021, the property is situated on a site of almost 28,000 sq m. During construction, the asset was leased by INDUSTRIAL Real Estate Partners to Fox Logistics and is currently occupied by Joy Logistics.
The acquisition reflects the continued confidence of international institutional investors in the Dutch logistics real estate market. The Netherlands remains an attractive destination for both occupiers and investors, supported by its strategic location, high-quality infrastructure and well-established logistics ecosystem. Modern logistics assets in prime locations continue to be in strong demand.
