Amsterdam, 2 july 2026 – Delin Property has signed a long-term lease agreement with Nippon Express for the expansion of its operations at Conakryweg 2 in Amsterdam. The transaction comprises over 4,550 sqm of logistics space, enabling Nippon Express to double its operational footprint in Amsterdam.
Conakryweg 2 is a high-quality distribution centre offering approximately 20,000 sqm of logistics space, divided into four self-contained units. Separate access routes for trucks, passenger vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians ensure a safe and efficient traffic flow throughout the site. The fully fenced, all-electric facility incorporates a range of energy-efficient technologies, including heat pumps and rooftop solar panels, supporting sustainable logistics operations.
As one of Europe’s key seaports, the Port of Amsterdam provides occupiers with excellent multimodal connectivity. In addition to nearby inland waterway and rail terminals, the property benefits from direct access to the A5 motorway and is located just a 10-minute drive from both Amsterdam city centre and Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Situated in the heart of the Randstad region, the location provides access to a consumer market of approximately 7.1 million people within a 60-minute drive.
